I try to log in but my password doesn't work. So I reset password and try again with the new password and it still doesn't work. This happens to me constantly and thus makes it impossible to check my account, change my service or upgrade . This has happened to me a dozen times . And Koodo assistance sucks
Hi, I transferred from Telus today, and Koodo told me over 2 hours ago that the transfer was complete. It says so in my Self Serve → Mobile Services → Manage your phone number → “Transfer status: Your phone number 416-xxx-xxxx was successfully tranferred [sic] to Koodo. You can send/receive calls, text and use data as you normally would.” However, I can’t make calls or write texts etc. On my phone (Umidigi A3S), trying to send an SMS text, I get “Waiting for connection”. Under ‘Mobile network’ settings, everything is greyed out. Under SIM cards settings, it knows there is a ‘Koodo mobile’ SIM card present, but the Number is ‘unknown’. I tried using Koodo Assist to investigate, but got this error: URL: w-kva.tiia.ai/libs/chatbot.htmlClient IP: 220.127.116.11Attack ID: 20000008Message ID: 000068578845What happened? The page cannot be displayed. What can I do? Please contact the administrator for additional information. I tried calling Koodo but a recorded message told me to use Koodo Assi
HiSeems the shutdown by the US of 3G service effective 1 July 2022, has been news since February of 2022. Any reason why some are just hearing about this now? Just 3 days before Canada Day? Someone trying to start a run on the purchase of 4G or 5G phones? From what I understand if I stay with 3G I will be able to communicate with my fellow Canadians. Just so happens my Koodo number has popped up on an American real estate call list. They think I live in Georgia, USA. So I have been getting calls and texts from all over the States for over 6 years! If I stay on 3G in Canada, will this block all incoming US calls and texts to my phone? Furthermore if these bad actors are working from another country and using spoofed US numbers, will my 3G phone still get these texts and calls?See. Sometimes problems can be more involved than computer chat bots can handle. Communications is a mildly complicated human interaction. Has been since the dawn of time. Koodo should shelve the chat bot and hire
I am trying to help my mother who uses a flip phone and has no computer to use Koodo Assist. I don’t think there is an email address on her account (because she doesn’t have one) so I cannot login to request a call from a representative. She has a billing issue that she needs to talk to someone about. How can I arrange a call with a representative if Koodo Assist cannot be accessed?
Hello,My current situation is that I use Public Mobile and I want to port my phone number onto my friend’s Public Mobile plan (promotional) which he no longer needs anymore; however, it seems Public Mobile (and maybe other carriers) only allow numbers to be ported in from other carriers, such as Koodo. So, my plan is to port my number onto Koodo, and then, port my number back to Public Mobile (on my friend’s plan). What would be the most efficient and cheapest and fastest way of doing this?I am thinking it would be the $15 Starter Plan (250 MB and 100 minutes) and also getting a $5 sim card (when I buy online). Does that mean I’ll need the sim card mailed to me then (when do I get the sim card)? Thank you in advance.
I’ve received my online order yesterday. Sim was not active. Regardless I want to port my number from my old carrier. Can’t creat self serve. No idea WhAt my account number is. I’m pretty much working during callback hours. This idea starting customer service w a bor and callbacks is hot trash. I literally cannot call my telephone service provider?
