Whenever I log in and go to my self serve options for example my usage the page times out! I've tried on 3 different browser apps on my phone none of them will load! 

Other websites load just fine so I'm not exactly sure what the issue is... I tried restarting my phone and everything!

Works just fine from my computer but I'm not home right now and I need to know how much data I have remaining now!

Does anyone have any ideas?

There are other options for finding remaining data. You can have a vague idea by the notifications for 50, 75, and 100% data you receive with shock free data. Your phone has a data usage tracker that you can set to your billing cycle and data limit as well. If you adjust it, it should tell you your amount used.

Did you try incognito mode on your browser?
