aye man...all i need to do is talk to a real person to active my account so i can call the credit agency and tell them my bill was already paid in full before they sent me the notice… someone tell me wtf im suppose to do to talk to these butt heads >:(

 

If your account has gone to a collection agency there isn’t much that can be done by Koodo - your line would be cancelled in that case. If it isn’t too late yet, you should be able to call #227 and report your payment, then ask them to reinstate your line.
