cancellation of second line on account

I wish to cancel the second line that I have on my account because it is not in use. There is no tab going on it. Could anybody help me please?

You have to schedule a callback with customer service to cancel a line.

You can do so at http://koodo.com/chat and just type that you want to cancel and then follow the prompts.
