Can anyone tell me when checking your usage details in regards to messaging why some messages do not show up in your details ? Had a back and forth conversation via text and the persons number didn’t show up in my history?

+4Which phone are you using? And which type of message were used?
Koodo message usage only showed SMS/MMS. If you were using different type of message like RCS or imessage, the system couldn't show it because those are not Koodo service.

Yes, it can show because Koodo service provided normal calling. If you used Facetime audio, then it couldn't report.
