From experience can I expect this to be back in stock soon? It is $0 down with a $39 tab

The iPhone 13 pro was discontinued by Apple. Carriers might have a limited amount of stock left. They might have more in the future but that depends on Koodo webstore. They also didn't share those information publicly.
I would suggest you not to wait for it to be available again. Even if it is available, there would be only for a short period of time.
