Hello all,Happy new year!I am on a $40 Unlimited Canada-wide call plan. I was at BC before, and now i moved to Ontario. However, I didn't change number yet, i.e., the area code is still with a city in BC.I expect to receive an incoming call from US, will I have to pay extra to take that call?Thank you!
Hey everyone! I have a data block on my phone. I’m paying for it each month and I want to remove it, but it’s not showing up in my add-ons. Do I need to call in to do it, or is there another work around the add-on glitch?Sincere thanks,Dre
So I recently bought an iPhone 13 at Walmart the other day because they had a promo going on and decided to go with Koodo’s $55 plan which was a $10 off for 15 months promo and has 15gb worth of data, and $0 upfront but an additional $30 for the iPhone itself on top of the plan. Would paying off my remaining tab balance of $690 (23 months) affect the $10 off promo for 15 months or would it still be $55-$10?

We have 2 phone numbers under a single account but need to split them into 2 separate accounts. I am not sure how to go about setting up a separate account, getting the same phone number and removing that number from the previous account. Do I just sign up as a new customer and then will have the ability to take assign the phone number?

I am asking the community for help again.TLDR Summary: What is the per min call forwarding charge when one is outside Canada when one has the $3 Call Forwarding add-on and the call forward is setup prior to departure to a Canadian number? What about forwarded to a US number? Also, is incoming SMS text message free to receive while outside Canada? (regular INT Voice Roaming enabled, no EasyRoam)---I think it is a fairly common use case, that you are traveling outside Canada and want to have a way for people to reach you, while trying to reduce cost and not pay for expensive Pay per Day (EasyRoam) or ridiculously expensive Pay per Use roaming fees.A very common strategy is that before you leave Canada, you set up an unconditional call forward to a phone# that you can access while traveling. This could be a no cost or low cost VoIP service with a Canadian number like Fongo, or even in some case if permissible a US based phone number if your travel destination is in the USA.You al
