Need help switching plans for more data

I have a plan with 500MB of data.  I wanted to switch to something with a bit more data, say 1 or 2 GB.  But the only plans being offered to me start at 8 GB.  I hate to pay for something I won't use.  I can see lots of other options when I'm not signed in, but they say you can only select plans that are offered when you're signed in.  Is there some way I can get a plan with 1-2 GB of data?

Those “starter” plans are not avaulable to change on your own if you’re an existing customer for some reason. Send a private message to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Tiwtter or schedule a callback to request it. If they refuse, remind them that Fido and Virgin have the same plans. If they still refuse, well...

Thanks for your suggestion.  I did a callback request - the first person I spoke to couldn't offer me the "’starter plans,” but eventually I was passed to a supervisor who was able to help me.
