I have a physical SIM card for my iphone and would like to use an eSim instead. How do I get the esim voucher? I don’t see any options for that in my account and the FAQ for esim just talks about scanning a QR code. I don’t have any Koodo QR code for an eSim so how do I get one?

Thanks Allan and Dennis to point me to the Koodo store to get the ESIM voucher.
The procedure on Koodo self serve is incomplete. It talks about setting up the phone with the QR code however it doesn’t talk about how to setup the account within self serve to setup the new SIM card #. it’s easy though confusing for anyone that hasn’t done it before.
There are 3 parts that Koodo FAQ should describe step by step:
- Purchase an eSIM card voucher from a Koodo store (cannot buy this online)
- Setup on Koodo Self-serve
- Go into Koodo self serve
- Select phone account (drop down) and select Manage plan and add-ons
- Select Change your SIM card
- enter new SIM number (19 digits) from card
- Click continue
- A verification will be sent, enter it
- wait about 15 minutes to activate
- Setup on iPhone
- Select your rate plan and features
- Go to Settings, then Cellular
- Tap the “Add Cellular Plan” button
- Scan the QR code on your eSIM voucher until you see a message that says “A cellular plan from “Koodo” is ready to be added to iPhone
- Choose labels for each of your cellular plans
- Set your default line
