Hi - I just joined the $15 starter Plan (available on line only). I think it’s post paid because I’ll get charge monthly.  I’m confused on the terms.  Please clarify :

  1. are incoming call minutes unlimited? Canada wide?
  2. are out going call minutes unlimited? Canada wide?
  3. are incoming text messages unlimited ?  including pictures/video?
  4. are out going text messages unlimited?  including pictures/video?
  5. is voice mail free?  if so, how do I set it up?

Thank you for your response.

1. Yes, unlimited incoming Canada wide

2. No, 100 min outgoing Canada wide

3&4. Unlimited texting Canada wide. Unlimited incoming MMS, $0.30/outgoing MMS.

5. Voicemail is included, you can call your own number to set it up and use it.

Hi,  Thank you for your reply.  How come #1 was not stated in the service terms agreement?

Also what should I do I haven’t received the SIM card from untracked mail yet?

Good question. Does it show on the features section of the service agreement? Should be top of page 2. Or the service breakdown which would be the last page.

Here's a screenshot from the website though where it shows unlimited incoming:

As for the sim card, it's shipped via Canada post letterman and can take up to business 10 days to arrive. You'll likely get it before then but the expected wait time is a few business days.

@Allan M

You may also want to consider the $15 plan from Telus’s other Brand “public mobile” - it improves upon the $15 plan from Koodo by also including unlimited international text AND MMS…

Also, it starts with $2 off per month, making it $13 just for adding auto-pay. Then every year after you get another $1 per month off up to $5. There’s other rewards to further that too...
