Hi. I’m a current Koodo customer and want to refer my wife, but her existing Freedom Mobile account is under my name and credit card (that I currently use for Koodo). How would I refer her/transfer her phone number to Koodo and still get the referral bonus, and will there be any issues? She will be using her own credit card and creating the new Koodo account under her name.

There shouldn’t be any issues. All you need is the phone number and the account number to make the transfer. As for the referral, you can do it here and send it over to her own personal email address to create her own account. https://choosehappy.koodomobile.com/refer
