I have just changed my sim to a new phone and now I cannot listen to new voicemails. I can call my voicemail, change the greeting etc but when the phone indicates there are new messages the voicemail says there are none. One new message today is from a Doctor and I would very much appreciate help to be able to listen to the messages that have been left for me. 

Saw a brand new unlocked S23 Ultra from walmart, was wondering if it can utilise the 5G network or will it be limited to 4G and LTE?

I’ve successfully applied for First Nations tax exemption for my monthly bill, now I’m just curious if there is a similar process if I ever decide to get a new device from Koodo? When I search I see a lot of questions and answers regarding the billing and tax exemption form for that but haven’t seen anything on devices. 

Since yesterday, whenever I have poor reception, my network kept switching into extended network coverage (ENC) / roaming mode (Telus EXT)… which drops Wi-Fi Calling.I’m living in the province Quebec, in an area where all networks are often saturated (lots of new residential constructions), and I need to have Wi-Fi Calling, especially since I’m working mostly from home.I guess another provider upgraded its antenna nearby, but the reception is still poor/unreliable, so even on ENC roaming, calls/SMS don’t go through. And since I’m on ENC, VoLTE isn’t supported, so Wi-Fi Calling keeps dropping. Any way to block ENC / getting Wi-Fi Calling while on ENC? I looked through my phone’s parameters, in developer mode, to block ENC, but cannot find anything (Moto G Stylus 5G (2022)). Also, I thought at first it was a bug, so I tried all the usual tricks (upgrading/restarting/removing SIM card) with my phone, to no avail. Thanks.

Phone was stolen. I deactivated my phone in the self serve. It makes my device (phone) non usable in north america. Does that also prevent the sim card content from being accessed?

Is my three year old S10+,  5G capable?Edit: I found the answer. No it is not.

I just switched to 5G plan couple days ago, but the speed is very slow,. Sometimes I cannot even connect to speedtest, or takes very long to load. Not sure what’s the problem. I have 5G on, and am using Iphone 14pro. 

So this has been happening with my Koodo service for...I dunno, a decade.  I’m in New Brunswick, and often, when someone calls my iPhone from Ontario, it goes straight to voicemail, and doesn’t even show a notification until the ‘new voicemail’ notification comes up, then you can see the ‘missed call’.  So far, it’s only been calls from Ontario that do this.  And it’s inconsistent.  It’s happened on 3 different iterations of iPhone.  It is not due to them being blocked numbers….It’s super weird.  Any ideas?

Signal is getting worse Perth County Ontario. We have had Koodo phones since 2014 and the signal was 1 to 2 bars on the ground floor and 3 bars on our second floor but in the last 6 months the signal is nil to 1 bar on the ground floor and 1 to 2 bars on the second floor. At times can’t call or text, calls say number not on network and texts do not got thorough. Had Koodo Technical on phone to help made sure we were on LTE autoconnect, which we were but things have not changed.

I can’t seem to get a straight answer on this one. I bought my phone September 25, 2022. This morning the USB-C stopped working for any data connection, charging only. Is my warranty done as of yesterday or today?

I just got a new iPhone and it comes with a physical SIM. I also have a SIM in my old phone, and the first run includes a choice of moving the old SiM to an ESIM. Which one should I do for the least amount of friction?

IMAP email authentication has stopped working when using data.  There is no issue when using WiFi.  Password and server connections have not changed.  The phone is a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G.

New prepaid customer on a samsung s9. ported my # from sasktel a couple days ago. Can call fine and SMS one friend who is also on koodo, but can’t send or receive SMS to anyone else. I don’t receive any error when i send SMS.

Hello, I changed my plan to get access to the Free Data Rollover perk. However, it doesn't present as an option now that I've modified my plan. I'm pretty disappointed because I have to pay an extra 10$ without the perk I wanted. Is there a way to add it that I'm not thinking of. Thank you

I am not getting any network on OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G. I tried APN settings suggested on site for Non-koodo phone but it did not work. Please help setting up my phone for network. 

So I use an health app that requires NFC.  After breaking my old phone, I replaced with the Moto G 5G. Went to install the app and it said not compatible.  2023 edition using Android 13?? Turns out that there is no NFC.  Is there any app replacement?  Otherwise this brand new phone is a bit of a brick.  Cannot do Google pay tap payments, can't use the med app...  may as well cancel and just use my work phone! Anyone have any ideas?

I keep getting a notification that xfinity esim is attempting to set up on my iphone 14 pro. I am a Koodo customer and located in Canada. I do not have an xfinity account. I have restarted my phone several times and it still appears.  if I tap the notification it goes to begin the esim set up. I tap cancel. A short while later it will appear again.  Other then a factory reset how can I resolve this?  

I signed up last Saturday and the SIM card has not arrived (Wednesday) as Koodo Committed (2-3business days) But, the billing cycle has started .. I can’t find any info on the web site and can’t find a way to talk to anyone. How am I supposed to proceed??

My son is on a pay as you go Koodo plan, I’m noticing that my iMessages to him aren’t going through to him unless he is in wifi, yet he’s got data! The messages not even sending as a text message to him unless I turn my iMessage off on my phone. What could be the problem?? Thanks so much

Hello, I need to access my voicemail immediately. I’ve read articles that you can get a text message to reset your voicemail however I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO MY MOBILE. Is there another way KOODO can send me my voicemail password through email?? I NEED THIS IMMEDIATELY. 

My voicemail says it needs a number. However, I put in the number given associated with my area code and it says I cannot change my number...... what in the heck ?

Hi, I just switched to a 5g plan last week but I am unable to switch from LTE to 5G on my iPhone 12 Pro. I checked the coverage map on Telus and nearly all of Vancouver is 5G covered, but even though trying from different places, I can’t get 5G to work. I’ve set it as always on as well.
