Signal is getting worse Perth County Ontario. We have had Koodo phones since 2014 and the signal was 1 to 2 bars on the ground floor and 3 bars on our second floor but in the last 6 months the signal is nil to 1 bar on the ground floor and 1 to 2 bars on the second floor. At times can’t call or text, calls say number not on network and texts do not got thorough. Had Koodo Technical on phone to help made sure we were on LTE autoconnect, which we were but things have not changed.

Cell service can diminish over time due to a variety of factors. Changes to towers, environmental factors like trees or buildings interfering with your line of sight to the tower, etc.

I’d suggest enabling wifi-calling on your device (if you have a device that supports it). This will allow you to make calls and texts via wifi when your cell service is weak.
