I have two problems:
- Some incoming calls to my iPhone go directly to voicemail. Apple Help tells me it has nothing to with my phone settings and that I should contact Koodo. I tried everything recommended on the website, including resetting my phone to factory settings. I then arranged for a “scheduled callback”.
- A Koodo rep called me back 3 times at the scheduled time but unfortunately they all went DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL!
How do I solve #1 without speaking to a rep?
if I have to speak to a rep, how do I contact one?
