I signed up last Saturday and the SIM card has not arrived (Wednesday) as Koodo Committed (2-3business days) But, the billing cycle has started .. I can’t find any info on the web site and can’t find a way to talk to anyone. How am I supposed to proceed??

The billing starts usually 1 day before the sim is shipped to you, to ensure services are ready to be used once you get the sim delivered.
If you do not receive the sim within the estimated time, feel free to visit a store to get a sim card replacement (in this case, please reply back here once you got the sim) or email our webstore team to ship a new sim card.
