New prepaid customer on a samsung s9. ported my # from sasktel a couple days ago. Can call fine and SMS one friend who is also on koodo, but can’t send or receive SMS to anyone else. I don’t receive any error when i send SMS.
So just when you send a text the other person doesn’t receive it but the message shows as sent on your end?
Do you have the chat features setting turned on on your phone? (You should be able to find this by opening your messages app, click the 3 dots in the corner, settings, chat settings)
I don’t see anything for chat settings, just normal message settings. I tried calling my phone number and it just gives me a busy dial tone and doesn’t ring my phone, so I missed my callback, not sure how to get support now?
When you ported the number, did you submit the port request, reply to the 2FA text from Sasktel on your Sasktel sim, and then insert the Koodo sim?
