My son is on a pay as you go Koodo plan, I’m noticing that my iMessages to him aren’t going through to him unless he is in wifi, yet he’s got data! The messages not even sending as a text message to him unless I turn my iMessage off on my phone. What could be the problem?? Thanks so much

+4Which plan is he on right now? can you check whether he hasn’t used up all of his data bucket yet?
As well, I assumed he enabled cellular data in his phone? Could you check if he allowed imessage to use cellular data in the cellular settings?
In your iphone, can you check your iMessage settings, and make sure the “send as SMS” is on?
