Hey, I am currently using the Pocophone F1 as my device and I want to know if it would be compatible with koodo, using its IMEI. I tried willmyphonework.net , however it doesn't have my device listed. Thanks in advance!

I already have a phone and a plan with Koodo. I just want to switch to a better plan. When I add the plan to my cart (the $50 with 10G of data) it adds a SIM card to my cart. I don’t need that though do I? I can’t seem to just switch to the plan. 

I received an email that is fromkoodoservice@mail.koodomobile.comwe are still in Canada so I don’t know why we are getting this?  

My phone was stolen yesterday. I’ve blocked it. Is there a way to remotely back up my data (especially Contacts and Notes) to my computer, before I blacklist it? It’s a Samsung Galaxy S8, if that matters. Thanks!

Can I have 1 phone but two phone numbers? If so, how does it work? What are the costs? How do I set it up? I have an iPhone XS Max.

So someone visits canada and orders your SIM card online… Then tries to top up using credit card..It doesn’t work because you do not accept international credit cards!!! So how am I supposed to use the SIM card that I ordered online…Why can’t I use an international credit card. I do not have a Canadian bank account…The process is broken, because you allow me to register an international bank account. I can do this through your Assist robot service… But to do that I need to organise a call back… and for you to call me back , I need to give you a Canadian phone number… so back to square zero..I bought your SIM card online bwcause I do not have a Canadian phone… so why do I need to have a phone number to get a new phone number!!!!! Very ill thought process.  

My question is primarily to Rikkster. You may recall that I have a BBz30 that I required a new battery for and you provided a Company that I could get a new battery from. I did and it worked and works just fine. However, as you know the BB 10 are not going to be anything more than a paper weight according to a text message I received from Koodo. My question is what would you advise me to buy, that has a similar keyboard function (turn sideways for larger letters) and somewhat the same features as the z30 ? Thanks for any recommendations from you or anyone else. It would also be nice if my current sim and the separate one I store pictures on would work.

I have paid off my tab, but there is a tab charge on my bill. Many other people have asked about this. Why is this happening?

If I buy an iPhone 12 from Koodo, will I be able to get Koodo on a simcard and use the eSim for another provider? Or does Koodo lock the eSIM usage making it impossible to use other eSIM providers?Thanks!

HELLO I HAVE Recently switch from virgin mobile to Koodo , I had 8 GB of data with virgin and it lasted me almost all month I now have 17 gigs with Koodo and it doesn’t even last me a week what the heck is going on here this is a scam

My texting data and internet work fine when in Toronto but when I went to Minden Ontario for several weeks the internet did not work in most locations there. The coverage map says it should be available. It was working last year. I have a lot of GB available. Android phone. 

Hi team,  I am bearing two koodomobile connections  ********** and ********** .  I have bill payment outstanding that  I could not arrange  the payment on time and my serices are suspended,  I have   travelled to India in Feb 2021 month and am stuck here duo to delta variate Covid cases rise in India, Canada Banned direct flights from India, I may travel back only after the flight services are  resume back to Canada from India. During this time am going through with very tough time mentally, emotionally and financially, I request Koodomobile, please help me with sort of COVID discount to pay outstanding bills and resume my services with koodomobile. I transferred from Rogers to Koodos over 48 hours ago and my number still hasn’t transferred. My iPhone will not verify my phone number and on Koodo it still says my number is in progress what do I do?

I bought an iphone 12 mini a week ago and put the new sim card in. The data, messaging and calling do not work. They do work on my old phone still though. I dont want to just transfer the old sim card to the new phone though, because ive taken pics and videos over the last week that I dont want to lose. Is there a way to just get the data, messaging and phone changed to the new sim card without losing any of the pics/vids I have?

Does 100 Canada wide anytime outgoing minutes mean you are charged extra every time someone calls your cell phone?

Many organizations provide end users with online access these days.  Koodo’s bill payment seems to be frequently offline, so users have to create new calendar reminders to retry.  Surely in this day and age, this should not be necessary.

Hi everyone! So I have a phone number assigned for a business, but no actual phone yet. I have my old iPhone 6 kicking around and was going to buy a SIM and have the number forward to that phone (at least until we have a physical space, and then I’m hoping to shift the number to the in-office phone). I’m assuming I’d have to put it on a pre-paid or short term plan in order to do this? Is this something I can do? I haven’t been in a situation where I’ve had the number before the hardware before, and Google was giving me mixed responses. 

Am I locked out of changing my second phone’s plan because I changed the other phone’s plan this month?

Got a new sim card today for my huawei mediapad 5t I'm currently with koodo but on my uncles tab I'm trying to hook my tablet up as pay as you go I've tried to activate my sim online it tells me to type the 19 digit number on the back on the sim card it says its invalid and its a brand new sim 

When I attempt to change the plan for one of my accounts I get this error message. I have not changed this plan anytime recently in the past (been over a year). 

Hi there!I am looking for some information. I am working with a homeless client and have found him housing but it is conditional on him maintaining a working phone. Is there a way for me to set him up with a prepaid account but deposit the funds for 6 months so he doesn’t have to make payments? 

So I’ve been trying to upgrade and I’m unable to do so online because I am afraid to lose any sort of grandfathered promo. I tried to talk to a rep 2 times and got disconnected, they just go quiet! It’s a little frustrating trying to renew my contract I cant do. Can someone help me please!!!!!  Side note, I’ve had a technical issue with my Iphone 11, its almost like the sound is so quiet when calling or facetiming, Idk what to do. Its not very nice especially opening up a brand new phone, was not refurbished. Who do I contact? What do I do? 

I end up losing my sim card so i dont have a line anymore to call or do nothing and searching for it has been a struggle what do people do when they lose they sim card and my actually koodo account its uh nothing working wit this nor will i take the time for cause my koodo account isnt approved and i think i had just one month left until i finish paying is this a big issue or can i just get a new sim wit the same stuff cause dont really know who do i see to get help cause no line not really tryna go outside and uh your helper is a bot yall need real people oof
