I put in an order for pre-paid plan on March 13 - 10 days ago 

When should I expect my SIM?

Your online purchase for the prepaid sim is through a 3rd party online retailer as Koodo does not directly sell prepaid sims online (i dont understand why they dont sell it online directly honestly).  SO you will need to contact your 3rd party seller.
