I work for an agency where we offer prepaid phones to our clients. They often do not have email addresses to use so we use our own email. Is there a way to have multiple phones on the same email address?

Not with Koodo prepaid. But you might want to use the Gmail trick as described here: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/gmail-address-tricks
Another possibility is domain aliases. If you own a domain you can have an unlimited amount of aliases.
