I changed my Koodo Phone plan on Boxing Day to “$65 40GB UL Can Min SFD (4G Speed)”.I noticed I am getting a $15 monthly credit. However I can’t seem to find how long this credit will last for?I signed up for a 23 month tab plan, will the credit last for the entire 23 months? I can’t seem to find the credit time span length in my contract. Thank you for the help!
My tab shows a balance of $0 as of my January 22nd bill, but on my bill for February I have still been charged $33 for the tab. Why am I still being charged $33 for my tab when it is paid off now.
I have recently added Unlimited Anytime Minutes to my plan and I am being charged for long distance for calls that I make. Why is that?
Just got back from a holiday in Canada and I cancelled my account with koodoo. Issue is I still need to pay the account off, but I only have an Australian bank account and no more Canadian phone number to call a rep. What can I do?
At the end of January I upgraded my phone, the balance on my account showed $36 tab $0.45 tab bonus remaining. I agreed to the payout of tab and tab bonus of $36.45. When I received my bill Feb 13 I am charged the tab as well as the payouts $36+$36+$0.45. When I called the rep said that the tab is for the next month. Tell me how I would know that they had already taken Feb anmount owing off of my account 2 weeks before they billed it? If I had $72 left to pay, why did it not show that?? I then could have made an informed decision about whether I wanted to pay for 2 phones for 2 months.
I was in the US from Jan 6-19. My data and roaming were turned off for the duration of my time out of Canada. My January bill had a $12.00 roaming charge on January 14.Please have a rep reverse this charge
My family is heading to the US for a week holiday. if I am reading it right if we do easy roam for all 7 days on both our phones we will be charged $12/day so $168 for the full week. If all we plan on doing is texting each other a handful of times a day doesn’t it make more sense to just do the pay as you go which would be 10$ each for up to 100 texts? am I missing something is there additional fees that I’m not understanding Thanks
I was billed for easyroam usage but the only use that I see on the bill that triggered it is the incoming txt message regarding roaming fees.
I asked and had a talk with koodo member on call and he clearly said that from next month the bill will be 45$. So can you please check and fix it.
Hello, I activated my postpaid on 30th Nov 2022. I received the full amount bill on 7th Dec 2022.Why is Koodo charging me full for 7 dAYS.
My January and February bills are $37.95 more this year. I finished paying my tab on December 2022 and it still charging me more without explanation. You can see below my plan ($45 + $50) + txs = $ 109.25 and my current bill is $147.20. I would like answers and appropriate refunds for the overcharges. Thank you.
I have an old plan. $29 for unlimited text, a tiny bit of data and 300 anytime minutes. I pay a fee to block the data so I don't accidentally turn it on. I noticed I often go over the 300 minutes so occasionally I add-on $20 for unlimited minutes for that month. I turned that on and yet my bill still says I'm owing $90 in mobile service charges. I'm so confused... what is that $90 for?
I moved from Quebec to Alberta nearly 2 years ago have just noticed that I have been paying Quebec sales tax despite the update to my address on my file when I moved. Is there anyone specific I can talk to about this?Thank you in advance!
I cancelled international calling as I do not use it, yet I was charged for it on my last bill despite the cancellation.
How easy roam is charged?
What does Koodo consider North America with regards to telephone and text services ?
I'm a new customer to Koodo and I was told by the workers there that being a new customer, I will be paying 55$ a month for 15g not the regular 65$. Well I got my bills and I am getting charged 65$ and it states on my acount that it's 65$. I don't know what to do, that wasn't what I agreed on.
Hello guys. I asked you before phone bill receipts. Some people answered me, thank you. I remember your answered invoice, I asking you again about Phone bill receipts because I have to tax return. I need to get a refund on the tax on the phone bill. In that case, is it okay to invoice? They said receipts. And should I print out those whole invoices during last year?
I have tried to pay my bill online a couple of days before, but it always shows, "The transaction didn't go through…..". My wife and I have similar accounts, but only I have this problem. I even used her credit card but no positive results. Yesterday I had to pay through a bank, today is the due date, and Koodo still hasn't notified me of my payment receipt. Even 'Self Serve' is still showing me the amount due. Not sure if it will affect my credit score.
I work right by the border between the US and Canada and received a message that I was roaming and would be charged $12. I was wondering if there are any solutions for this considering I will be working right by the border and forsee this as an on going thing… Thanks.
I received the following message from this number. Assumed it was spam.---ServiceOntarioWe sent you a return on your previous licence renewal.Text "1" to view details.Text "STOP" to stop receiving notifications from ServiceOntario.---The phone number is 1-437-655-6764.I sent the text, “1” to them by mistake about 30 minutes ago because I didn’t recognized it is a spam. Can this be protected by Koodo?Would you please advise me on what I should do not to lose my money with this?

With the Hurricane Fiona that occurred in October 2022 Koodo responded with free data for residents of Prince Edward Island. I took advantage of the free data since we were out of power for 8 days. I got charged over 200 $ for the usage of the data and Koodo told me I will receive a refund with my next bill which never happened. Where is my money?
