I’m beyond disappointed with Koodo and their “costumer service”. 
1st service bill I was charged at least 50$ extra, after 2 or 3 days of waiting for a call back to fix the issue I was told I would get that money as credit on the next bill.
Two weeks later I receive the bill, and wouldn't you know it. The credit was not applied !
Scheduled a call back in the morning for 6:30PM. At 6:30pm I receive the call and follow the prompts to answer. 
To my surprise I have 10 minutes of ringing and nobody answers !
Go to check online and the virtual assist says there is no callback scheduled and the next available call back is 2 days from now.

What kind of sick joke is this !? 
How is the “virtual assistant” supposed to help ? It just makes me more frustrated then before!!!

Just give me my money back now before I cancel this whole damn thing
 

When did you activate your service? Also, was it your first or second bill?
 

Sometimes, the credit was delayed until the 3rd bill though (from my personal experience)


Is this the Black Friday credit or another credit?

 

If it is the black friday credit, please post a screenshot of Page 3 or 4 of your detailed pdf ebill from self serve of your plan and missing credit.  Just make sure any personal info is blacked out.  Once we have this and confirmed the issue we can flag the appropriate rep for you
