I bought a package with koodo on black friday for 65 dollars deal with 20 dollar credit whereas i didnt get any credit applied to my bill and its showing 120 dollars as charges due. i need to know how the credit will be applied to my bill.

Let’s a take a closer look at your bill.  Can you please go into self serve and download your detailed pdf ebill.  Now can you post a screenshot of Page 3 or 4 that shows your plan and missing credits.  Please make sure any personal info is blacked out

We have checked and we can confirm that the credit has been applied to the first bill, on page 7.

You should also be able to see the pending credits for the remaining months in your self serve account.
