Are you doing this via koodo's self serve website or from your online banking?

Does Koodo self-serv have option to transfer money? I don’t think so.
It was definitely for online banking and the bank can stop payment if it wasn’t processed.
How long ago was this? If it was very recent, like today or yesterday maybe, your bank should be able to process a stop payment. Yiu’ll wanna call them right now to have a chance.
If that doesn’t work, unless you need that money, you can let it in your Koodo account and it’ll pay of your bills until the 400 is used. And if you really need it back asap and the bank can’t reverse the payment, yiu’ll need to speak with a rep to get it credited back.
