Hello. I cancelled my koodo service last month, and found out there is some strange billing amount has delivered to me.

 

My billing amount is $-4.11 like the picture I attached below.

I want to know if it is right amount, and is it okay not to pay it. (it is unable to pay $-4.11..)

In additional, it would be really thankful if someone check my cancellation is well processed.

That would be a credit amount on your account. 

On what date did you cancel your Koodo service?

You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist. Enter “cancel account” (without quotations) in the chat window and follow the prompts to schedule a callback. A rep should be able to confirm the cancellation. During the call, ask when the $4.11 will be returned.


I cancelled it in December 14 maybe. And unfortunately, I’m not in Canada so it is hard to arrange a callback through the chat. Is there any way that I can confirm my cancellation and find out when will $4.11 be returned?


If you download your detialed pdf ebill from self serve, does page 3 and 4 show you are not longer billed for the period ahead (Koodo bills 1 month in advance)
