Now that you can no longer call client service without first going through Koodo assist I find it impossible to get questions answered. I can’t get the software to do it, it keeps deflecting me with offers to do tasks I don’t need. Anybody got through to a live agent through Koodo assist?

Now that you can no longer call client service without first going through Koodo assist I find it impossible to get questions answered. I can’t get the software to do it, it keeps deflecting me with offers to do tasks I don’t need. Anybody got through to a live agent through Koodo assist?
Keep trying with “Customer Service” phrase. Eventually you will get a prompt to schedule a call.
It’s best to be as direct as possible. Enter ‘schedule callback’ (without quotations) in the chat window and follow the prompts. If there is something we can help you with here, please let us know.
