Now that you can no longer call client service without first going through Koodo assist I find it impossible to get questions answered. I can’t get the software to do it, it keeps deflecting me with offers to do tasks I don’t need. Anybody got through to a live agent through Koodo assist?

Now that you can no longer call client service without first going through Koodo assist I find it impossible to get questions answered. I can’t get the software to do it, it keeps deflecting me with offers to do tasks I don’t need. Anybody got through to a live agent through Koodo assist?
Keep trying with “Customer Service” phrase. Eventually you will get a prompt to schedule a call.
