No bill credit applied

I signed up for the $65 50gb black Friday deal ($45 for 24 months). A couple of days ago, I got the invoice for Dec (partial) and January and I see no bill credits there. 

the first is the deal I signed up for and the other images show the bills (without the credit)

I did port my old number once I received the sim card. that’s why you see two different numbers.

You had the credit applied to the Jan2-Feb1 period. How ever it should be the full $20 before tax. Let me flag a rep to fix that

 

 

Hello @Abhay! We can confirm the monthly bill credit has been applied to your account. We adjusted the tax amount on your current bill and you’ll see the correct credit amount beginning with your next bill.
