Is there any way I can have the forwarding charges reversed for my last two billing periods? I was not aware that I would be paying a per-minute charge for local forwarding. I have since added the $3 option to my number. Thanks for your help,Bryan
I still remember I registered a service with Koodo in a small store at Halifax Shopping Centre and it was Cyber Monday, 28th Nov last year 2022. At that time, I was a newcomer to Canada and I just got my WP approval, that is why I needed a phone number and Koodo had a big offer. I clearly asked the staff if I could able to choose the phone number by myself and he told me yes; after all the process was done, he gave me the sim card. I was shocked bc i didn't choose the number yet then i asked him again and he apologized for that mistake. After that I told him, please determine the service because I want to join EAST LINK service provider so that I can choose the number by my own.Then he told me, when you register the new service with East Link, Koodo will determine the service that you have with them so don't worry about that.Then I came to East Link and registered a new phone number with them, Koodo did send the messenger to confirm changing the service provider.After that, i thought
I recently switched to Koodo phone plan for just a week but then I found a better phone plan deal elsewhere so I have cancelled my Koodo account. However, I just saw my Koodo bill and they are charging me for an entire month even though I only used it for a week. Do I still have to pay for the entire month or will they give me back my money in the next billing period?
Last year I got the $65/mth 50 gig plan with a $20.00 credit for BF. Last week I saw that Koodo was offering a $70.00/mth plan with 120 gig plan so I switched because for my needs it was a good deal. Today Koodo is offering the same plan for $65.00. I switched to that this morning without thinking if I was still eligible to keep the $20.00 BF credit. Can someone tell me if I still have it or not?
I moved to Alberta from Ontario in 2022.I am still being charged the 13% Ontario GST instead of the reduced Alberta 5%. I updated my billing information upon moving yet the charge did not update. Can my account be credited for the amount of Tax that was overcharged by Koodo?
Hi, I closed out my account over a year ago but apparently still owed about 20 bucks and recently received an email from KMB Law requesting payment or they threaten legal action. Is this a legitimate agency that works with koodo or is it a scam? Also how can I pay off my koodo account if I dont have access to it anymore?

The fine print for changing a plan reads:[...] just a heads up that promotional discounts, like bill credits of any kind, will fall off if the plan you change to has a lower price than the one you're currently on. I currently have two credits on my bill:Mthly credit (before tax) Refer a Friend credit (before tax)Will changing to a lower price plan remove the Refer a Friend credit, or only the promotional monthly credit?
I just called 1 833-668-1818 to get a new connection from koodo . They asked me a lot of questions to do a credit check . A thought just occured to me that it could be a scam because I could not find this number anywhere on the koodo website.

How to switch from Koodo prepaid to Koodo postpaid? Is it true that I need to order a new SIM card again and transfer my number?This is the most terrible service I have ever encountered. I arrived in Alberta and didn't have a credit card to buy postpaid sim card. The store advised me to take a prepaid SIM card, but they themselves activated it 3 days earlier than I needed. And over time, switch to postpayment. Now I saw a good price for postpaid, prepared for Black Friday. And lo and behold! There is no magic transition button. Do I need to order a SIM card again, wait a week for it, then transfer the number, fill out some forms again? Are you kidding me?Are we flying into space or are we just changing our tariff plan? And your telephone consultants, who don’t even know how to do this: I was advised to add postpaid to my cart and just pay. And this way I can do everything right away. Why I was charged $3.05 a minute long distance call to Poland, when the call was not connected. I attempted to call twice about 3 minutes each time, but hanged up both times since there was no answer on the other side. In total I was charged over $18 just for attempting to call, without any connection.

I signed up for Koodo internet tonight. There wasn’t a tech install date for a week, so I scheduled it for next week. But the billing date and charge for my credit card hit *today* despite me not having the service yet and won’t have it for at least a few days. Is this for real? Or will my first month not start until I actually receive the service?
I bought an iPhone online in March 2023 trough the online Koodo site and payeed in full. I cannot find the invoice for this purchase in by self serve profile. I had some issues with my phone after I received it ( phone was cutting off and on when I talking to someone, was not able to make phone calls in certain areas when my daughter had the same phone and same plan that I have and she was able to ...) . By the time I was able to speak to human agent at Koodo, the 30 day exchange warranty had expired. I spoke to a tier 2 tech agent and he informed me that with every iPhone purchase, there is a 1 year warranty and that I can bring my phone to the TELUS store and they will send it to Apple to troubleshoot. So I brought it to the TELUS store in Les Promenades Gatineau and the sales Rep at first told me that they are unable to send my phone the Apple store. Hi! Struggling a bit to understan why I received a long distance charge for a call to a canadian number. My plan includes free canada-wide minutes so I’m unsure why this happened, especially because the area codes were the same for my number and the number I called. Is there any way I can dispute the charge? Or else figure out why it happened.
7 months later and Koodo still won't process my MasterCard payment with MS Edge. Koodo is the ONLY merchant out of the dozens with whom I make on-line MasterCard payments using MS Edge. Koodo is the only merchant with whom I have to use Google Chrome to make my MasterCard payment. And Edge is based on Chrome! Koodo: Cutesy but a joke.

Hi,I don’t have a canadian card so the phone assistance helped me to activate my foreign debit card. However, when I tried to process the payment online the system would give me the error message that something went wrong, so I tried multiple times. Well, even if the system was saying this, my bank app sent me 2 notifications about the payment goign through. So now on my account the bill results as still to be paied while on my bank account I’ve payed it twice. The assistant I was on the phone with told me to wait some hours/day to see if the system is going to update. Someone who has had the same problems or has any information about this kind of issue?Thank you!

On Sept 6 while driving NorrhWest out Of Sault Ste.Marie Ontario towards Thunder Bay I was billed $10 for easy roam between 8:09-8:10 a.m.Interestingly the very next minute zero!On top of that, I was driving, my phone was not in use for anything but somehow was using data?Trying to get a live person with Koodo is IMPOSSIBLE, customer service is the worst I have experienced.Signed,Unhappy, long standing Koodo customer
I did do a refer a friend and followed all the steps and got an email too for it. My friend received the refer a friend credit and I have not received the same and have not been seen reflecting in the recent bill.
