Also.. does this company take any responsibility for customer support - or just offload the whole thing to “a community of unpaid labour”?
Can you point me to a resource to have the charge reversed?
There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the company.
Can you review this article and let us know what triggered the roaming charge and how much usage there was on the roaming?
