I turned off roaming before crossing the border into the USA - but was charged a roaming fee. How do I have the charge reversed:
Was it an easy roam charge or pay per use roaming charge?
I think it was an easy roam? $10
Also.. does this company take any responsibility for customer support - or just offload the whole thing to “a community of unpaid labour”?
