Hi all,

I’ve tried searching the forum but can’t find a post that relates to my situation exactly.

I’m trying to update my billing info and my current address can’t be found. Searching by postcode or street yields no result. This is not a new street - the street is old and is located in an old town. There are 6 houses on this street and none of them are searchable. It’s like the street doesn’t exist. I am not making any typos! Any help?

Thanks. No, it can’t be found using the Canada Post tool. I’m on a corner and the adjacent street can be found, and typing my address gives the nearest building on that street (different name).

I haven’t had any issue using my address to receive mail, order from amazon, etc, so am unsure why this is happening...

If it still doesn’t populate, you’ll have to get in contact with Canada Post.

Koodo uses Canada Post’s system to verify the address so if it isn’t showing in their system, you’ll need to have it added/corrected.

It didn’t populate correctly with manual search, so I’ll go ask at the post office. I hadn’t realized this was a Canada Post issue. Thanks for your help!
