I was charged 117 overage for calling minutes, but I have the unlimited Canada wide-calling on my plan and I have not left the country since I started my plan. Why was I incorrectly charged this amount? I need this to be resolved asap!!!

+4Did you call a number outside Canada? What exactly were you charged for?
I was charged Koodo airtime which will charge when you use more minutes than you have in your plan. I did not call anyone outside of Canada and my plan is unlimited calling and texting within Canada.
+4Well $117 is a lot of money. Does it say what dates you were charged? Have you checked your PDF invoice for reasons you were charged?
