So I had the $65 50GB UL Can min SFD (4G Speed) $65.00 plan from Black Friday that came with a 24 month $20 credit, and in my finite wisdom, decided to change to the $65 75GB (5G speed) plan without checking with anyone if my credits would fall off, and now I can’t seem to figure it out where to check on my self service.

The Facebook chat doesn’t seem to be responding today either.

Would anyone know if my credits will fall off? And if so, any way to have my plan reverted or credits reinstated?

Hi @naragam

We have checked and we can see the discount is still on your account after the change since the price of the rate plan remained the same, and will continue to apply for the remaining period.

Perfect, thank you for checking!

Hi @Flo Koodo , I also have the Black Friday Plan.  If I upgrade to the $60 5G Plan.  Would I still keep the $20+$5 monthly credit?

Hey @Flo Koodo , I upgraded/changed both my Price Plans (2 lines) to the $60.  Can you confirm that the credits did not fall off as we discussed.

Thanks again for the prompt response!

Koodo reached out to me via phone and confirmed they will ensure the credits remain after my price plan change.  Price Plan has changed from my side.  I requested a call back to confirm.

Ah that's great that they're willing to. It is annoying to see it applied inconsistently for being able to answer people. We can flag a rep to confirm for you for future reference instead of a callback and for future reference, you only need to message in one thread for help and you do not need hedge your bets by scheduling a callback and asking for help here. You're taking a spot unnecessarily.
