I received a call supposedly from Koodo and the person offered me either an Iphone 13 or Samsung something because I have been a “good customer”. The person asked for my PIN and my email address. Apparently it is not unusual for Koodo to ask these questions by phone. Here is the phone number: 7782147565. I could not check if it is a legit number of not (the number is located in my town though).I’m speaking with a representative tonight but is there anything else I can do until then? 

Hello Guys,Thank you for your time!I was a koodo customer until not long ago. I came to China and so suspended my phone number. Now I saw that the suspension is already expired so I lost my phone number as well as my self-service account. I am still in China, which means I don’t have a valid Canada phone number to schedule a callback. I don’t have a valid self-service account anymore neither. How do I get back my old phone number and start re-subscribing? I really need the number, I filled all documents using that number. I cannot schedule a callback as I am in China without a valid Canada phone number right now. I cannot find the email address for koodo customer service either (believe they do not have one). What should I do?I am so desperate, thank you so much for your help.By the way, I will return to Canada soon. But I need to get my number back before that for many reasons. Thank you!

Early January was the last time this year that I received my monthly email bill from Koodo. After two or three months I finally notice that I haven’t seen a bill for a while, login here to look at my balance, and pay it. But I end up being overdue that way, which I don’t like. My bills are not being shunted into my spam folder. I would just like to start getting my bill/reminder every month like I’m used to. Did Koodo stop doing this and I just never saw the announcement? Or what? Is the onus on me to remember to check my balance online every month now?

My tab is $0 and they are still taking off $20.00 why and how can I get this corrected

Hi,I would like to activate the international call. In my add-on section, I have 1000min International LD add-on, but I don't find per-per-use add-on. This add-on is not shown on the available add-on, so what can I do to activate the international call?

I can’t figure out if Koodo offers home and network security or if it’s through Telus only. 

Hi!I'm just wondering if there is a fee for using the wifi calling option. I'm currently on vacation in Canada but there's no cell reception. I will only make calls et send texts to Canadian numbers. I have a monthly plan with illimited calls and messages. It would make me feel safe to be able to call, but I don't want to pay additional fees... thanks!

Koodo's billing is working hard to make up charges to stick on my account. Some examples from the past 12 months:April 2021 - Charged $21.70 for calls within Canada. I'm on an unlimited Canadian calling plan. WTF?March 2022 - Somehow a "$3 1000min International LD Add-on” was added to my account. Charged for 3 months before I noticed it. Did not get any email notification there was any change to my account when this was added, makes it even more suspicious.  May 2022 - One of our phones started "roaming" in the US when on a ferry from Vancouver to Victoria, $11 charged.That's $41.70 in the past 12 months of phantom charges, is anyone else experiencing this many incorrect charges being added to their account? I’m on a budget carrier to keep costs down and this is doing the opposite. 

Hello,I paid off my tab balance on my final bill and noticed a charge of around $200 called a Tab Bonus Debit Cancellation. This was in addition to the $400 remaining on my tab. Can someone shed some light on this for me? I wasn't expecting a bill this large upon cancelling. Thanks,Andrew

Just trying to figure out what I did wrong when I tried to place a phone call on my new IPhone 13 Pro (replacement for an IPhone 8). I cannot send or receive calls.  From what I’ve been reading in your Koodo Community I get it that it all has to do with the SIM Card.  Please explain what’s happening here as it’s all pretty new to me.  My old iphone will be going to my granddaughter so I’m guessing the SIM Card for that phone will stay with the phone.

I was a Koodoo client years ago and have an old Samsung SGH 667t.  I am now with a different carrier and my father needs a phone as he lost his other one.  How do i contact Koodoo to get the unlock code? 

I'm wondering why I can't recieve any text messages unless i have my data on. Shouldnt i be able to send and recieve calls and texts on my koodo network without having to have my data on !? That would increase my data usage and cost me way more. If this is the case, I want off the koodo plan I'm on, as it's over $80 a month and not unlimited data, it's 15 allowed but I'm already at 8 !Still not liking koodo at this time, even though this is the second chance I'm giving them. There won't be a third.

I switched from Koodo to Telus and I have a credit on my Koodo account, how do I get reimbursed?

Has anyone had this issue before? I signed up for Pre authorized payments so there was no chance of me missing my bill, but the last 2 months I’ve been over charged. Last month I was charged an extra $50 (which became a credit on my next bill), but then this month the took out an extra $120, so now I have that as a credit on my bill. I’m fine to leave it as a credit, but I can’t really afford to have these extra charges on my credit card. This only started last month, but I’m wondering if I should call Koodo or maybe cancel the Pre authorization?Thanks everyone!

I arrived in the UK and I am unable to make calls or receive text.  I do have the option for International Roaming on my account. Any help would be appreciated. 

Phone stopped receiving phone calls and text messages yesterday. I am able to call out and send  text messages. Data is also working fine. Do no disturb feature is off and the issue is not related to numbers in my blocked numbers list.

I recently lost a voicemail my grandfather had left me and I need to know if there's a way to recover it. I'm using a Motorola G Power and it's on Android version 11.Any help would be deeply appreciated, he passed away recently and I just want to hear his voice again. 

I change my phone so i want to switch from e sim to physical sim. I have bought a blank sim. i dont know how to contact koodo or how to do it?

So out of the blue today my data stopped working. There is an exclamation mark next to the status bar and I cannot access anything that involves an internet connection. I tried turning off my phone, taking out the sim card and putting it back and and turning the phone back on but that didn't work. I reset the network connections in system settings which also didn't work. I set APN back to default, didn't work. I can't get in contact with Koodo about it. Had a call back set up and when they called it just rang and rang until they hung up. Tried calling the store here and couldn't get an answer. Anyone know any other options on what to do?

Hi, I recently transfered my phone number from another provider to Koodo. I have followed the steps given here. It has been several days and, while my phone number has succesfully been transfered, I am unable to receive text messages. Strangely the exception to this is that if I send a text message to someone myself, I am able to receive their reply. What should I do to get this problem fixed? Some more information that you may find relevant:-I can send text messages and phone calls just fine. I can also use my mobile data with no problem. The only problem is what I described above.-I recently tried switching my sim card back to my old one momentarily, and when I did that, the text messages sent to me which I  had missed have shown up. It’s as if the text messages are still sent to me through my old provider.-I tried resolving the issue using the Koodo digital assistant, which led me to checking that my APN setting match the ones on this page. They do match and that hasn’t resolved the

How do I get off the account I am on. Currently my ex and I are on the same account with separate phones and plans, but on the same bill. I need to get the accounts separated into their own things, or else I will just cancel my phone I guess.

I have a used Alcatel flip phone from the US. I just got my Koodo sim card but it says ‘invalid sim’. I realized it’s locked so I entered IMEI for Koodo to unlock but it says ‘invalid IMEI’. I triple checked the IMEI and I have the right 15 digits. Why doesn’t Koodo recognize the IMEI? Is there another way to unlock it?

We have just added our oldest to our koodo plan which now has a total of 3 phone lines associated with it. He is wanting access the account to view his usage etc. Is there a way for him to log in without me having to give him my email and password as I don't want him making changes on the account, even just on accident. I know with telus he was able to login with his own login info under my account. Is this possible and if so, how?
