Early January was the last time this year that I received my monthly email bill from Koodo. After two or three months I finally notice that I haven’t seen a bill for a while, login here to look at my balance, and pay it. But I end up being overdue that way, which I don’t like. My bills are not being shunted into my spam folder. I would just like to start getting my bill/reminder every month like I’m used to. Did Koodo stop doing this and I just never saw the announcement? Or what? Is the onus on me to remember to check my balance online every month now?

Can’t you just train your spam folder? Usually adding the email address to your contacts should do the trick. You can also opt to receive your bill through text message - or both.

I still receive my bill reminders through both, so it’s not something Koodo changed on their end.

Edit: sorry, misread… I thought you said they WERE shunted into your spam folder. Can you check self serve if receiving email/text notification is enabled?

I checked self serve. It said that I have both text and email checked already. I have never received a text notif until today when it said I owed three months worth. Anyway, I clicked Confirm Changes even tho I didn’t actually change anything -- maybe that will take and I will start getting monthly bills again. Thanks for pointing me over there.

Right, if you still don’t receive notifications with your next bill, report back here and we’ll flag your issue for a rep to look into :)

Will do. Thanks for your time and attention, Sophia.

Hi @johncomic

Sorry for inconvenience created.

We have forwarded the case to our support. In the meantime, we could see that last bill notification was sent by text message.

Please let us know here if you do not get the notification for the next bill.

Hey @johncomic

After investigating, our technicians found that there is an issue with the email domain. They recommended switching to an email address with a different domain, such as gmail/hotmail/yahoo.
