Is this your last month to pay? On the last month your self serve account will show $0 but you still have one more payment left to make which will appear on your bill.
Self serve shows $0 since the last charge has been removed from your tab balance to make it $0, and placed on your bill.
You can confirm/deny this in the tab history section of your Self Serve account.
