Having call issues when on a call. My connection cuts out, they can't hear me and I can not hear them. Never had a problem in this area, good signal and all paid this month. I've reset my phone also tired turning my phone off for a few minutes.Google Pixel 7 pro

Just switched over from Telus. Did not have any issues while trying to remote play to my PS5. Never had issues with bell or rogers. But for some reason it won’t connect with my Koodo hotspot. It seems to work fine with WiFi too. Anyone have any suggestions? 

Hey! So, I'm not currently a Koodo customer (yet), and I understand that this post might not be the typical content you see here. However, I would really appreciate your help. I'm planning on buying a new phone from Facebook Marketplace. I know you can ask me why I don't purchase directly from Koodo, but I'm trying to find a good deal. Many stores like Walmart and The Source basically force you to buy their phones with a plan, which tends to overprice them. That's why I would prefer to get an unlocked phone that doesn't break the bank and then use it with a carrier that doesn't have a contract, like you guys or your brother, Public Mobile.Anyway, I've done my due diligence, and the seller doesn't seem to have any major red flags that are obvious. The phone is sealed, both front and back. The writing on the back has no spelling mistakes and matches the official box. The seal is also intact. Hi,Sim card which was given to me by Koodo seems to be a SIM that was used by someone. I still get calls under his name and whatsaspp was also already created for the number. He is registered to few apps using this mobile number and I’m the new owners of the SIM now. How can i get him out of those apps ?

Hello, I just got a Koodo monthly plan with a new sim card, I followed the steps to port my old number to my new sim card, and installed the new sim card into my google pixel 7, which is unlocked. However even after an entire night my cellular service still have not activated.In my phone settings it says that Koodo cellular and calling is "temporarily unavailable", in the self serve it displays the correct phone number, what do I do now? 

My new (<8 month old) Google Pixel 7 is in a constant “reboot” loop again.  It once showed “System UI error”  but it is not even getting there now. I already had to factory reset my phone to fix this before and lost a bunch of my stuff.  I’m not putting up with this over and over again. The phone is defective and under warranty.  I need it replaced.Anyone else have this issue?  I have tried all the fixes that are on the web. None worked, except factory reset.Thanks,

I live in Alberta.But my first bill charges a PST in the amount of $4.76.I need to dispute this wrong charge due to no PST in AB.

I received 3 sim cards as I am transferring 3 phones - does it matter which sim card goes in which phone - or are the setup as part of the phone's transfer process?

Says I can finance an a15 for 11/month but I know that's on top of a phone plan/contract. However I cannot find the minimum plan that will work before starting the split process. 

Hello,I was trying to use my phone today to get back home by bus. However, it will not do that unless I have wi-fi while I am outside. How do I fix this?

I am a currently a Koodo customer and I have both a Koodo home phone number and a Koodo cell phone on the same account. I plan on only keeping the home phone number and transferring it to my cell phone.Before doing this, it occurs to me that I should save the text messages and photos from my old cell phone number as I think that all those messages and photos will be deleted?  Any ideas on how to go about this? I use an iPhone.Any help appreciated, thanks! 

I have a number of lines with Koodo and they have all been working fine, up until yesterday.One line can no longer get any incoming communications; SMS (not received), incoming phone calls (straight to voicemail, with the customized greeting). Mobile data works however. Outgoing text/phone calls work perfectly.All the other lines work flawlessly. This line has been working fine since we moved to Koodo in November.I’ve reset the APN, tried downgrading the network service mode from 5G to 4G, to 3G. Turned off RCS, rebooted, powered off and waited 5 minutes, everything I’ve been able to find.I suspect this is a service issue on Koodo’s side; I’ve filed for a support callback, but it’s now been over 2 hours past the scheduled window, and I’d really like to get this resolved.

I am unable to access my voicemail from my mobile phone! There are active voicemails there but when trying to access I am told that I have NO active voicemails

Installing Koodo internet.  Won’t go online. power goes solid greenDS goes solid greenUS goes solid greenOnline flashes a while then goes out and both DS and US flash in synch??I currently have Rogers Internet and disconnected that modem to connect Koodo. What do I need to do ? thanks 

Hi I have switched from Bell to Koodo last week. However, the number is different when I call others. a friend told me that different number is being shown.   kindly guide what to do. 

I was on the phone today with support for over an hour, I had a problem transferring my phone number to a new phone. And I almost gave up on actually resolving this issue. But the support agent solved it in the end! But because it had to do with number transfer, our call disconnected and I wasn’t able to let them know that it worked and thank them. Unfortunately, I also don’t remember their name. How can I leave my feedback so the right person saw it?

I was so  excited to order the Pixel 8 Pro I have had my eye on the pixel forever. I ordered it and when the webstore called to verify my address I was working. The message said they would try to call back in the next few days. I did not receive another phone call. I tried the online assist and it just kept telling me it didn’t understand the question. Now they won’t honour the price that I originally purchased the phone for and paid for the shipping. I can’t afford the price of it now so I am so disappointed. Does anyone know if there is a complaint line that I can call?

I purchased two SIM cards at the same time, selecting a plan for both. The SIM cards arrived but only one of them shows up on my account and works. How do I get the other SIM card registered/connected to a plan and working?

Hi! My phone was stolen and I don’t have a way to call koodoo. My dad gave me a new phone but it has no sim card. If I could just get a sim card sent to my address so I could take calls again that would be wonderful thank you. Phone is 819 213 4442 but obviously I can’t use it until I have a new sim card
