How to record a voicemail Answering message?

I am a new Koodo user. How do I record an answering message for calls that go to voicemail? Hopefully, you can assist. Thanks, DRAWgal

Hi All, I have received my answer, with thanks! Go to phone keypad and hold number 1 to access Voicemail. Much appreciated!
