Question about 5G service

Hi, I recently upgraded my plan to 5G and I haven’t been able to get the 5G network to show up. I tried resetting network settings and going into the phones settings to set in manually. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

My phone is a Galaxy S20 FE

Unfortunately, Samsung no longer offers patches with 5G capabilities on Samsung S20 series. Only security patches are offered on those devices:

Koodo didn't offer any wifi boost. If you are on a 5G plan, however, your download speed (on 4G) can reach the same speed of 250mbs
