after transfer to Koodo from Bell, the website showed that the lines were successfully transferred to Koodo, problem is there still no signal!What’s up with Koodo??? For Iphone, I did reset network per guide online, but it didn’t work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is their anyway for the caller that you place on hold to listen to music while they wait for you to uphold them.Random question but someone's enquired if it's possible for koodo

I was in Mexico from February 7 to February 15 and was charged on the 12th for a roaming charge when I had data turned off. Also have a second phone on my bill and it was charged six out of the eight days we were gone and it as well had data turned off and roaming as well. How do I dispute these charges as we did not use the roaming feature?

Hello everyone,I’m not sure if this is the right place, but here I am. Signed up for Koodo over the phone one day a few months ago. I never received a SIM card or anything at all from them.. just a bill in the email. I’ve never used the service, and thought they forgot about me. But no, emails keep coming claiming I owe them $519 for nothing. I can’t contact anyone and the ‘AI’ is completely useless. How/Who do I contact? I don’t need a report on my credit bureau for absolutely nothing. Thanks!

I changed to a 23GB at 4 GB speed plan of 25 Cad last month, but somehow i couldnt use the mobile data at all, im using a xiaomi phone.I have asked someone in the Koodo shop to assist me with this, they checked and everything is normal, they didnt find anything wierd with my sim, but they also dont know why my phone couldnt use data from the plan as well..I have to temporarily disable my auto pay to avoid being charged for nothing at all for now.Can someone help me with this? I recieved an email from Koodo stating that my Netflix was going to increase as per my Koodo stream package. (They made a mistake and have put me on Netflix premium) I tried to contact Koodo to let them know that i want to go on basic with ads… no response. Then i tried to go on Netflix to reduce plan to basic and they said ‘plan switch was declined’. Any advice? they also charged me 40$ for Netflix on top of koodo bill.

I have been on the phone for hours.. and even swapped at one point when i actually got  a person right back to waiting.. it says i can cancel the internet on line but when you try it says to call the number for assistance and doesn’t let you cancel on line. At this point. I was originally just looking to get help with a modem issue but at this point the customer service is making me just want to cancel completely.. I just want to get a hold of a person and after now 4 hours of being on hold and trying the online chat functions this is my last effort to get a human to help me cancel this.

I ordered a new phone and I haven't received it and it's been awhile ..   so what happened 

I have tried to call Koodo but they stopped the “Chat “ Feature. Now I just get standard answers like check your blocked caller list.  

I am thinking of upgrading from the samsung s22 ultra to one of the upcoming s26 phones. But I do have questions.  Right now I have a physical Sim card In my phone, do I have to switch to an e Sim card, or can I stick with the physical Sim card? I prefer the physical card if possible.  If I pre order from koodo,  can I just take my Sim card out of my current phin, put it in the new phone and transfer everything over and I'm good to go, koodo will automatically know new phone is active? I assume my phone number will be the same, regardless of e Sim or physical Sim card.  What are the differences between the the 3 new phone types? Thanks in advance

For years now, I have tried and been unsuccessful in troubleshooting call quality issues with Koodo.  I always have to go through all the same steps, resetting all network settings and losing wifi passwords each time which never makes a difference.   Tried 2 new SIM cards as well.  Something I found here in a thread locked to new replies is that Koodo and Telus disable the SIM setting to prioritize WiFi calling.  Prioritizing wifi calling is the recommendation that comes up most often online when looking for solutions, yet of course this has never been mentioned during troubleshooting as it appears that it is intentionally blocked. Most places indoors that I use my phone have only 1 or 2 bars of cell service.    Even though I am also connected to strong wifi with fast speeds, the wifi is not being allowed to fully take over phone calls and the 1 bar of cell network is constantly fighting for priority.  If I am already on a call when the issues start happeni

I was like you know maybe this guy is getting some commission so I’ll take it, and he promised me VERBALLY saying if you get it like you don’t have to pay the 80 bucks conversion fee, I’ll I’ll waive it off for you and I was like OK yeah sure it’s a good deal and I took it and now I’m checking my account on Koodo it’s showing me that I have to pay $146 and this guy is not answering my calls. He’s not replying to my text, im assuming hes just another scamming sales rep that follow scripts. Of course he doesn’t have any work ethic. I’ve been calling this guy for a week a whole week and I got no text back. I got no calls from this guy back. Since installing Koodo internet 3 months ago, I have been having DNS issues. Specially not allowing me to access Salesforce and Talkdesk as well as other websites randomly.I have already tried changing to common DNS servers like Google and Cloudflare, and while they allow me to access the previously mentioned sites, they are both slow and laggy. It is possible for Koodo to address the default DNS issues?

Hello,I had placed an order to upgrade my phone last week, and had missed a call for a credit quiz while i was unavailable. I had setup a callback through the online system, and roughly around the correct call time i received a call from a rep (+1866-995-6636) where he asked some verifying questions and notified that i would get an email later with a tracking number (would likely only ship on the 13th i think was mentioned, as it was a pre-order) Then soon after i get an email showing that my billing was updated (new plan that was part of the order)Roughly 15 minutes later i received another text followed by call from Koodo callback asking if i still wanted to speak to a rep, which i pressed 2 to cancel the request to speak to a rep since i had just gotten off the phone with a rep minutes earlier.followed by another email 15 minutes after the last call stating that the order was cancelled and i would need top physically visit a store to verify my

I signed up for Koodo through a sales rep from Telus. $50 planI was suppose to receive a sim card in the mail.10 days later, no sim card for an invoice for $160.It has taken me 2 hours to get this straightened out and I’m still waiting on the line.Is this the level of service I can expect?

I ordered a CPO iPhone 14 at the start of February. Big mistake! This has been nothing but errors and bots, at every turn.1- Koodo claims the package was shipped through Purolator on the Koodo site when I look up the order, but says the package shipped through Fed-Ex through email.2- Fed-Ex falsely claimed there was an “incorrect address” error, did not allow me to dispute this false claim or opt for pick-up in a Fed-Ex location, and returned the phone to Koodo without ever attempting a delivery to my address (WHICH WAS CORRECT). I had my new Koodo phone 1 day, the screen flashes and it does not work properly- how can I get this replaced?

I transferred my number using the self service.It shows up as the new number on the account and i received confirmation that transferred has been successful (18 hrs ago).However when i call or received calls, it shows a completely different unknown number (different from the original Koodo number and different from the transferred number).I rebooted the phone. no change.Any idea why?
