Ordered and paid for mail.

No order confirmation by e-mail or tracking#

Hi ​@Manro22, it can take a few days for the order to be processed and approved. Once the order is shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking number.

I confirmed my order on Monday June 15 thru the call to customer service.

Was told, that it’ll be shipped next day with all relevant paperwork and tracking# by e-mail

Nothing so far… and the staff doesn’t help much

No, I didn’t get  order#, but my Master’s was charged with shipping fee

Did you email the Koodo webstore? As the rep describes, they should be able to provide you with an update on the order. You do not need to have an order number to reach out to them, they’re the ones who handle all online orders through koodo.

I am wondering if your email was entered correctly. Habe you received any communication from Koodo since Monday? Can you check if it is accidentally sent to junk/spam email?

If you ordered over the phone, and not online, did they give you any reference or confirmation or order number?

Have you tried to call them again the same way you called to order inititally?
