Replacement modem

We need to replace our modem for our home internet and I can’t find any way to speak to someone to schedule an appointment. The chat box is not working, it will not load. Help!

To confirm, did you try the steps in the article regarding troubleshooting your internet issues in case you dont need replacement equipment?

Have you had the service for a while and then it stopped working or did you recently setup the service?

I have tried clearing the cache and cookies and also incognito mode and neither have worked to get the chat box to load unfortunately.

 

We’ve had service for about a year and in the past month it’s been getting so slow or not working at all so we reset the modem nearly every day.

Can you try using a different device or browser?
