problem with already returned items

I am being asked to return items that I returned in Jan. 2026. I had Koodo briefly, but went with another provider.  the tracking # for the return was with canada post 4000 4774 6866 5993

When you return equipment to Koodo, the best proof you have is the Canada Post tracking record showing a delivered status, which it does…

A few questions, was the return for Koodo internet equipment or was it for a mobile device? If it was for Koodo internet equipment, were you charged an equipment fee? As you would have if it was not returned within a week of cancelling. If a mobile device, when you asked to return the services, did you schedule a callback with a rep or did someone call you?

I verified in the system and it looks like you have already discussed earlier with the Support over the phone. The issue related to the returned item is listed as being resolved, can you confirm?

Thank you to you folks who replied to my quest for help. I managed to get hold of a rep and get the problem resolved. It’s certainly a maze for a beginner to search through to get to the person who can correct an issue.
