Unable to connect while roaming in U.S.

Crossed into U.S. and system connected automatically. Connection dropped some time later and have now been 4 days without phone or message capability. Have U.S. / Canada coverage and a Samsung Galaxy AO 5s phone which I’ve used down here as recently as Feb. 

WTH(eck) is going on?

Hi,

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

If it worked in the past, the issue could be phone settings. Have you tried to reset network settings to see if that can help?

Does data work? 

Does it show the network is connected or there is no signal? 

Have you restarted your phone? 

In network settings if you change from automatic to manual, are you able to select a US network manually?

Did you check your Self-Serve account to see if the Easy Roam add-on is included? If it is not there, you can text ROAM to 7626 to enable the feature.
