Only the first green light will turn solid. I have tried resetting the modem. Any ideas welcome!

If you have four solid green lights with the LAN light flashing either orange or green, you can skip ahead to troubleshoot your router instead. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router

Just to double check, you didn’t have internet connection at all since the activation?
