bring new phone set up

I placed an online order for Bring your own phone over a week ago and haven’t received anything other than a confirmation email. I can’t set up anything in the self serve to switch my phone number over or even access the self serve. The chat bot is not helpful since according them I don’t have a valid email and need to wait for another email with my info. I can’t find a phone number to call or an answer anywhere.

Did you add the line with a physical sim or esim?

With the online order it was the ESIM option  but I haven’t received any email with more info.

Just to confirm, did you receive any service agreement from Koodo? Can you check if that email was accidentally sent to junk/spam mailbox? 

Typically, if you ordered eSIM, you should be able to activate instantly. Was there anything mentioned email that you had an eSIM? if not, they might have sent a physical SIM to your address.

I have NOT received a service agreement just a confirmation email. I have checked my junk/trash/spam folder several times.

That is strange, since you mentioned it is a BOYD plan (postpaid service). Can you recheck to see if that was a prepaid service or postpaid one? Did they ask you to do a credit check?
