How i can understand why i was charged if i, not using this servicw ? how i can reuqest refund ?

When did you cancel your plan?

It could be a final bill including tab payoff?


i even not activate my plan! and i dont have access to my acount now and im not understand how i can cancel charging me ???? who and where can help me !!!!! ?

support of this service seems like scam

You mentioned that you cancelled all your plan in the title. But you also said you didn't activate your plan... 

You can set up a call back through chat and talk to a rep to short this out.

Hi,

From your description there's a bit of a contradiction — your title says you "cancelled all your plan" but in your reply you say you "didn't activate" the plan. These are two different things and the answer depends on which is actually the case.

Just to confirm — are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? And can you tell us more about what happened: did you sign up online or in a store, and do you have the email address you used to create the account?

About contacting support from abroad — Koodo doesn't offer email support. If the chat isn't working for you, try Facebook Messenger or X (Twitter) DMs to @KoodoHelp — they can help via messaging as well. This is the best option when you're overseas and callbacks don't work.

I just try to buy sim card but in general i havent bught the sim card… but i was charger latter after one month.

Can you help me and say where i can conntact with them directly ?

Did you sign up for a postpaid plan? If so, the SIM card would have been already activated and you would receive it in the mail.

For a prepaid plan, you should have gotten a prepaid SIM card before activating it on your Self-Serve account unless you chose the eSIM. If you went ahead with Koodo Prepaid, it should be noted that it would not be refundable. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/activating-your-prepaid-account

Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like you signed up for a postpaid plan. Since you are currently out of the country, you can send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter and they will be able to assist you further. https://m.me/Koodo
