is it possible to subscribe a another number with same old plan and not current offered plan

I been a $15 prepaid plan customer for many years. They changed it to $18 more recently buy they did give a bit more from original plan like unlimited call and sms and also 250mb 4g data. It is similar to the current $15 plan but you get unlimited call and 4g speed.

I don't mind paying the extra $3 for peace of mind unlimited call.

Also I noticed each prepaid plan number/account has to have a separated credit card associated to the account. Is there anyway to set the same card.

Old/discontinued plans can't be applied to a new number unfortunately.

if you want to get another prepaid number, you'll need a different email address because each email can only be linked to one number. You can use the same credit card on both separate accounts, but they won't be linked.

Prepaid is a subscription service. Like many other subscription services, what is currently being offered is what you can sign up for. Even if another prepaid account has different plan, if it is currently not being offered it cannot be chosen for the new account.

Prepaid accounts can only have one line per account. You can setup another prepaid account using the same credit card to pay for each, but you cannot have multiple prepaid lines under the same prepaid account.

An add on to original question, if I port the number out of current prepay plan, will the plan continue to be active with a new number or is the plan/account closed.  Do I lose the money in the account and service is no longer useable?

@hieppo

Once you port your phone number out to a different provider, the prepaid plan will get cancelled automatically. The remaining balance is not refunded, however if you switch to Koodo postpaid via the Fast Switch option, the remaining balance will be transferred to the postpaid bill.
