outage cant reach a real person

My internet has been out for days and reach a human being. Just cycles between an ineffective app and hangs up phone on me. Where is tech support. I’m about to cancel

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    How long was the internet working for?  Did you unplug the modem and router for a few minutes and try again?

    Are the lights flashing?

     

    Do you know if the issue  is with the modem or router?
