I’ve been trying to make calls from abroad and I keep getting the message « call ended » as soon as I dial anywhere, even in the US. I even tried to reach my voice mail, but nothing works! Usually I’m in Canada, but currently in the US for travel. My spouse’s phone does work and we both have the same Koodo service with roaming on. It’s quite frustrating considering the roaming charges and can only use cellular data internet… can anyone help getting out of this situation? Thanks in advance.
I have seen the offers for Internet Service from Koodo, and I am tempted to move away from my current provider …. but what do folks use for TV services. Are you forced to go back the Bell or Rogers? I have anApple TV device, does that work with Koodo?

Hi! I called to cancel my second line but your rep decided to cancel my account and my main Sim. Now I have no phone. My Mom passed away 2 weeks ago. I have calls and texts I am doing to deal with her estate and services. Now my account is cancelled, I can’t call or receive texts. I am also supposed to receive a call about jobs as I have been applying and unemployed for 4 months and now am I able to get my number back even!!!!????So I had to reactivate a voip line and pay for texting just so I can get even a call back from a rep because you can’t even call you directly anymore!!! AND I have to wait over an hour for that call back even. I am livid and distraught!
Without warning, or agreement, Samsung blew in with their AI called UI 6. It’s not ‘Artificially Intelligent” it’s a artificial Idiot! It brooked the phone, It used Dark Patterns to announce itself and now, can’t do any thing with it, no Icons, no swipe, keyboard, tap, nadda. Just a screen patting themselves on the back announcing AI UI 6 has taken over and can’t do plaything expept run up a bill.There a lot of couch wanna be tech telling people to do this, that or the other thing and don’t realize one can’t access anything on it. Use safe mode, swap SIMs, buty another phone and try to sell the paper weight.Samsung takes no responsibility, is unreachable, I no longer have a $1,200.00 paperweight., just payment to Koodo.I know it’s not all Koodo’s fault, but I can’t keep paying for mobile service if the phone won’t even show anything but Samsungs artificial idiot saying how smart it is.If I cancel with Koodo, do I still have to pay the fine for early cancellation? I tried searching Koodo's FAQ but I couldn't find anything (or I couldn't use the right search terms)Basically - If I travel somewhere and put my phone in Airplane mode for a week (or two weeks) and someone sends me a text message on the first day I leave...Will I receive that text message when I turn Airplane mode off? (And if so - does anyone know how long those messages are cached for?)Thanks!
Hi, I just signed up for Stream+ Basic that comes with Disney+ Basic with ads. I have an existing Disney+ Premium subscription that is paid up until July 2024 so I would like to continue using this and then cancel at that time.Does the Koodo Stream+ Activation method for these services expire after a certain time; ie will I still be able to activate Disney+ Basic in July?

Hi,I’ve now received two calls from someone claiming to be a Koodo representative who knows my first name when they call, so clearly have some of my information. The number they are calling from is 1-866-369-9826. I haven’t yet said a word to them and I hang up once they’ve said their first sentence. I would like to know if these are legitimate calls from Koodo or if I should block this number and forget about it. Thanks
Hello.My family switched to Koodo at the end of December. Calls and Internet work perfectly, even better than with the previous operator. This is my personal opinion. I use a phone with the Android operating system. Since I did not immediately use SMS messages, I did not immediately notice the problem.And the problem is that I cannot receive the text of the message. That is, the message itself arrives, but it cannot be downloaded and is displayed as an unloaded cantina. After I ask the contact to send me a message again, that is, when I write first, then the message is loaded and I can see it. In addition, now I cannot send pictures via SMS, as was the case with the previous operator. I checked the SMS settings and everything is fine there. Can someone help me with this?PS I apologize for my English, I am recently in Canada and my English is not very good so far.

I just saw the deal for $59 a month for internet + the subscription services. I already have Koodo internet for $60/month, I subscribed a few months ago. Is it possible for me to switch to this deal and have both for $59/month? Or could I cancel my current internet service and switch to this one? Thank you for the help.
I’m scheduled to activate home internet tomorrow and received the equipment in the mail. I’ve just been informed that it would cause havoc in my house to switch from Bell due to a complicated setup here and so I want to cancel the activation (I know I’m to do it myself). But I don’t know how to inform Koodo and I’ll need to return the equipment. Anyone out there know how to do this?
I just landed in Canada after visiting the US, where I used an eSIM from another company. I turned off the eSIM when I landed and turned on the Koodo network. My iPhone 15 Plus went into SOS and has stayed there – even after shutting off and rebooting the phone at least 5 times, resetting the network twice, and taking out the Koodo SIM card for 3 minutes and reinserting it, then restarting the phone, all suggestions I found online. Nothing has taken my iPhone out of SOS. Any ideas what to do?
i keep getting calls from a representative claming there from telus by these numbers +18333903721 i tried looking them up and see ppl saying there scamers they knew my first name and called about me changeing my plan i told them im not intrested but they keep calling me monthly it seems, i gave them no info other than my first name should i take ferther aciton is there anyway to alert koodo or telus there parent company that someone is trying to attempt to impersonate me?
I am looking to switch my phone plan to a new provider. That said, I currently have my partner under my account wh does not want to leave. If I were to switch providers, will her plan automatically cancel as well?
