Stream+ Premium, add extra members to Netflix

Hi,

Can we add extra members to Neflix Premium when we subscribe to Stream+ Premium? How does it work? (adding the member, paying...)

At the moment, the option to add extra members to Netflix Premium, is not available through the Stream+ Premium bundle subscription.

When subscribing to Netflix Premium through Stream+, you get:
